1. ABOUT THESE STORE TERMS

These Store Terms apply to digital products purchased through:

Important product-specific requirements and restrictions are shown on the product page or clearly referenced before purchase. A copy of the applicable licence may also be included in the downloaded product package.

Nothing in these Store Terms excludes or limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Products sold through the ForgeNovaNest store are digital unless the relevant product page clearly states otherwise.

No physical item is shipped.

Before purchasing, please review the product page carefully, including:

• what the product contains;

• the product language;

• required or supported software;

• file formats;

• intended use;

• important restrictions; and

• what services or support are not included.

You are responsible for checking that the product is suitable for your needs and that you have the software and equipment needed to use it.

ForgeNovaNest products are self-guided unless the product page expressly states otherwise.

A purchase does not include personalised consulting, interviewing, writing, editing, implementation, project management or custom technical work unless separately agreed in writing.

3. PRICES, VAT AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in euros unless clearly stated otherwise.

A product page may show a price before applicable VAT where this is stated clearly.

The final amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes, is the amount payable.

Payments and checkout are handled through Payhip and its available payment providers.

ForgeNovaNest does not receive or store full payment-card details.

You are responsible for providing accurate email, billing, location and tax information during checkout.

4. DIGITAL DELIVERY

After a successful payment, the purchased product is typically made available through a Payhip download page.

Payhip also sends a purchase receipt containing a download or access link to the email address used at checkout.

You are responsible for:

• entering a correct email address;

• checking your spam or junk folder;

• saving the purchase receipt;

• downloading the files;

• extracting any ZIP archive; and

• keeping a secure backup of the original product package.

Download access may be subject to reasonable security or download limits.

If you experience a genuine access problem, contact:

Please include:

• the email address used for the purchase;

• the product name;

• the approximate purchase date; and

• a short description of the problem.

After verifying the purchase, we may resend the receipt, correct the purchase email or reset the available download attempts where appropriate.

5. WITHDRAWAL, REFUNDS AND DEFECTIVE CONTENT

Digital products may be supplied immediately after successful payment.

Under applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal for online digital content may be lost only where, before delivery begins, the consumer:

• expressly consents to delivery beginning immediately; and

• acknowledges that the right of withdrawal will be lost once delivery begins.

If the applicable legal requirements have not been met, the consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Once immediate digital delivery has validly begun and the applicable right of withdrawal has been lost, a refund is not automatically available merely because the purchaser:

• changes their mind;

• decides not to use or complete the product;

• did not review the stated technical requirements; or

• no longer has a use for the files.

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights where the digital product is defective or does not conform to the product description.

If a purchased file is:

• missing;

• corrupted;

• inaccessible;

• materially incomplete; or

• materially different from the product description,

contact info@forgenovanest.com so that the issue can be reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include:

• renewed download access;

• a corrected or replacement file;

• bringing the product into conformity;

• a proportionate price reduction;

• termination of the purchase; or

• reimbursement.

Nothing in this section limits a mandatory consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. LICENCE AND PERMITTED USE

Digital products are licensed, not sold.

Purchasing a product grants you the right to use its files in accordance with the licence stated on the product page and any product-specific licence supplied with the product.

A product-specific licence may permit, for example:

• private personal or family use;

• internal business use;

• a limited gift transfer; or

• use of substantially adapted final outputs.

Unless the applicable product licence clearly permits otherwise, you may not:

• sell, resell or sublicense the original product files;

• redistribute, lend, give away or publicly share the original files;

• share the original download link;

• upload the files to a public or unrestricted library;

• repackage the materials as your own product, course, membership, template pack or client deliverable;

• reproduce substantial parts of the materials for redistribution;

• remove ownership, licence or usage notices; or

• falsely suggest ForgeNovaNest approval, partnership, certification or endorsement.

Where a product-specific licence conflicts with these general Store Terms, the product-specific licence takes priority for that product.

7. YOUR MATERIALS AND RESPONSIBILITY

ForgeNovaNest does not acquire ownership of your pre-existing personal or business materials merely because you purchase or use a ForgeNovaNest product.

Normal use of a self-guided product does not require you to send your private project material, source material or finished output to ForgeNovaNest.

You are responsible for:

• obtaining any permissions needed for the material you use;

• protecting private and confidential information;

• checking final content before sharing, printing or publishing it;

• using third-party software and services responsibly;

• complying with applicable laws and professional duties; and

• deciding when specialist advice is required.

If you contact support, send only the minimum information reasonably needed to resolve the order or file-access issue.

ForgeNovaNest products do not replace legal, financial, tax, medical, safeguarding or other specialist professional advice.

8. SUPPORT, UPDATES AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Order and file-access support is available through:

info@forgenovanest.com

Unless the product page expressly states otherwise, support does not include:

• personalised consulting;

• content review;

• editing;

• implementation;

• project management; or

• customisation.

A purchase gives access to the product version supplied for that purchase.

Future updates, new editions, bonuses or continuing compatibility with later software versions are included only where the product page clearly promises them.

Payhip, payment providers, software tools and other external services operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

ForgeNovaNest does not control every change, outage or restriction imposed by an independent third-party provider.

However, the use of a third-party provider does not reduce our obligation to supply the purchased digital product or limit mandatory consumer rights.

9. RESULTS AND LIABILITY

ForgeNovaNest digital products are practical tools and starting points.

ForgeNovaNest does not guarantee a particular personal, creative, commercial, employment, productivity, income or business result from using a product.

You remain responsible for the decisions you make and for how you apply, adapt, print, publish or share the materials.

For purchases made wholly or mainly for business or professional purposes, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ForgeNovaNest is not liable for indirect or consequential business losses; and

• total liability arising from a specific purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.

These limitations do not apply where they are prohibited by law.

For consumer purchases, nothing in these Store Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights or remedies relating to:

• delivery;

• conformity with the contract;

• correction;

• replacement;

• price reduction;

• termination;

• reimbursement; or

• damages.

Nothing in these Store Terms excludes liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. PRIVACY AND MARKETING

Personal data related to checkout, payment, delivery, support and optional marketing is handled as described in the ForgeNovaNest Store Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.

A marketing subscription is optional and is not required to complete a purchase.

Purchase confirmations, receipts, download links and reasonable order-support messages are transactional communications related to the purchase.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER DISPUTES

These Store Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

This does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply under the law of the consumer’s country of residence.

Business-to-business disputes that cannot be resolved through written discussion may be brought before a competent court in Finland, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

12. CHANGES TO THESE STORE TERMS

We may update these Store Terms when the store, products, providers, delivery methods or legal requirements change.

A later update will not remove rights already attached to a completed purchase unless the purchaser agrees or mandatory law requires the change.

The current version and the last updated date will be published on the Store Terms page.
